This website, donemmanuelcigars.com, is operated by Zigurate LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States, which owns and distributes the Don Emmanuel Cigars brand. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zigurate LLC.

Age requirement

This website is intended only for adults of legal smoking age, and never for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

• Information you give us. When you use the contact form, the retailer form or the newsletter, we receive what you type: for example your name, email, phone, company, city, country and message.
• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, your browser stores that answer locally so we do not ask again. It is not sent to us.
• Usage data. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location by country or city, device and browser. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
• Location for "Near me". If you use the "Near me" button on the store locator, your browser asks for permission and your location is used only on your device to sort the stores by distance. It is not sent to us or stored.

Links to retailers, press outlets, YouTube and social networks take you to websites with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
